All returns must be initiated within 45 days of shipment through our Online Return Interface. If you are unsatisfied with your merchandise for any reason, please notify Customer Service immediately. Customer Service will then send you an e-mail detailing how to retrieve a compulsory RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code and complete your return. Please note: You must retrieve an RMA within 45 days of the shipment date. All issued RMA’s have 15 days before expiry, extending our Return Policy to 60 full days for customers wishing to return merchandise.
If merchandise is unopened we will gladly provide you with a refund. Opened merchandise will be charged at the full retail purchase price. Shipping charges are non refundable and all refunds are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Returned merchandise must be sent using a trackable shipping/mail service. You will be responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise. No COD returns will be accepted. Returned merchandise without an RMA will not be accepted. Return requests made after 45 days of shipment will not be accepted. Returned merchandise that fails to follow the terms & conditions of our Return Policy will not be accepted.
